Lewis & Clark has been awarded two $30,000 grants from the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust to help fund tenure-track faculty positions in biology and chemistry.

The grant program is designed to supplement start-up research costs for new faculty positions in the natural sciences at private educational institutions, and will enable Lewis & Clark to offer more competitive packages to attract new scholars.
