It’s Time to Start Taking One of Our Employee Fitness Classes!
Ready to get back in the gym or shake up your fitness routine? Maybe it’s time to join in the Employee Fitness Program classes. There are a variety of fitness classes available to staff for free! Classes range from yoga, pilates, indoor cycling to cardio tennis and more. Check out the 2013 Spring Semester Schedule or the main Employee Fitness page which details related activities.
