Personal Renewal Through Creativity

Let’s face it: from time to time we discover we’re dragging a bit from the weight of the world, our personal lives, or certain work conditions, and need something that will provide a healthy and sustainable boost. Valerie Craigwell White, the L&C Ombudsperson, will talk about self-renewal and how to determine what aspects of your life could use a little attention, and suggest a few strategies to tackle them.  In particular, in this session she’ll explore the role of creative outlets in your life and provide a hands-on opportunity to try out a few.  Come join her in getting your hands a little dirty.
