The senior guard is also the Northwest Conference Player of the Year for the second time in her career.

Since coming to Lewis & Clark, Williams has been named to the D3hoops regional first team twice and the second team once. The California native is one of only two Northwest Conference players to earn a spot on an All-Region team for the 2012-13 season.

Williams ended the season ranked 34th in the country in double-doubles (10 or more points and rebounds in a game) and 41st in points per game. Williams helped lead the Pioneers to their third consecutive trip to the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Tournament, where the team once again reached the second round. She finishes as the Pioneers’ all-time leader in scoring since the program’s transition to the NCAA, while holding the school record in double-doubles in a season.

In other basketball honors, head women’s basketball coach Juli Fulks was recently named the Russell Athletic/WBCA NCAA Division III Regional Coach of the Year for Region 8 and is now in the running for National Coach of the Year.
