Invitation to Lūʻau 2013

It’s that time again! Lewis & Clarkʻs Hawaiʻi Club is having their 22nd annual Lūʻau!!! It is a fun event for the greater Portland community, featuring traditional food and performances by students, faculty, and staff. It is the largest student-run event on campus. This year’s theme is None Hula: Oh, why do you tease me with loveʻs pleasure.

Event details:
When: Saturday, April 6, dinner 5-7 p.m., performances 7-9 p.m.
Where: Pamplin Sports Center
Prices: General public $16.50, LC faculty and staff $11.50, LC students can use meal plan or $10.50, other college students (with ID) $10.50
Children 3-11: $7.50
Children 2 and under: Free

We will also be having a shave ice vendor, Honu Hawaiian Shave Ice coming! Itʻll be $4 for a (big & yummy) shave ice! The flavors they offer are: banana, blue raz, bubblegum, butterscotch, cherry, coconut, colada, cotton candy, fresh lime, grape, guava, huckleberry, lemon lime, LiHing Mui, lime, lychee, Mai Tai, mango orange passion peach pineapple, pink lemonade, POG, Root beer, Root beer float, strawberry, Tigersblood, vanilla, watermelon, wedding cake.
