Reduce Waste; Donate to a Great Cause

As you are packing your things, we hope you will consider donating reusable items to support great nonprofit work in our area.
As you are packing your things, we hope you will consider donating reusable items to the Arc of Multnomah County, Sunshine Pantry and EcoBinary. During the week of May 6th, Arc collection bins will be stationed in five locations outside of the residences halls for reusable clothing and small household items donations. On May 9th and May 10th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., packaged food, toiletries, gently used school supplies, and electronic items may be donated in Tamarack lounge for the Sunshine Pantry and EcoBinary. Snacks and prizes will be provided at Tamarack throughout the day to students providing donations.
Students and staff will visit residence halls to answer any questions about donation and direct you to the appropriate donation location. Posters with information on donatable items will be posted in each residence hall, if you have further questions please contact Amy Dvorak, 503-768-7794.

Finals and move out are a busy time for students, we appreciate your commitment to reducing waste and improving the community!
