Limited parking in Templeton lot due to repair work, July 29 – August 1

Starting on Monday, July 29 we will be doing some work on the asphalt surface of the lower Templeton parking lot. We will be grinding and resurfacing to address some drainage issues and some deterioration of the parking lot. The grinding of the surface will be the noisiest part of the project and will take place first thing Monday morning. The process should not take that long and the grinding portion should be done around 9-10 a.m. on Monday.
The entire project will take four days to complete for the grinding, new asphalt, resurfacing and striping, and the parking lot should be reopened on August 2.
There will be a row of parking stalls that will be open on the south side of the parking lot with walking access to the stairs closest to the loading dock and mail room. The trash dumpsters will be relocated to two parking stalls across the road from Odell, as close to Templeton as possible.
