Sellwood Bridge traffic alert for Oct. 1
Added traffic congestion during the commute tomorrow (10/1) morning from 5:30 a.m to 2 p.m.

A large concrete pour for one of the river pier foundations for the new Sellwood Bridge is scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, October 1. The work zone is on the west side of the river. Crews will start work at 3:30 a.m. and work lights will be used. Concrete truck deliveries will arrive continuously from 5:30 a.m. until about 2 p.m. The concrete needs to be poured continuously. The deliveries may add to traffic congestion during the morning commute.
