Ever noticed that classrooms in JR Howard are stuffy, noisy, too hot or too cold? In an effort to improve ventilation and comfort levels, Facilities Services is replacing various pieces of equipment throughout the building, beginning with the actuators which open and close on a daily basis to provide conditioned air. Facilities HVAC staff found that the old actuators were beginning to fail and have begun replacing them which should have a noticeable impact on classroom and space comfort.
