Reclaimed Nike furniture

Facilities Services staff recently salvaged furniture from a Nike building demolition for use on campus. Salvaged material, including office cubicles, white boards, plants and power strips, will be used for student or employee work spaces, as needed. Nike and Lewis & Clark have recently participated in various sustainability initiatives – including the Nike athletic shoe recycling program, an energy management initiative and Salmon Safe certification.
