We are excited to announce the latest release of Violence Against Women Bulletin is available: Future Expenses: A Necessary Component of Restitution. Criminal restitution is to compensate victims for their losses and restore them to their pre-victimization state of well-being. If this is to be achieved, restitution must be forward looking; meaning it should include losses to future income, and future medical and counseling costs. For a legal review as well as practice tips, click here to visit our Victim Law Library and read the Bulletin.
