Reapplying for Financial Aid is easier in 2017-18!
November 07, 2016
If you are a continuing undergraduate student who wants to be considered for need-based financial aid in 2017-18, the Financial Aid Office has good news for you!
To reapply for financial aid next year, the ONLY application you need to submit is the 2017-18 FAFSA.
The FAFSA will be available October 1st and should be completed by February 15th, the priority filing deadline. Apply online at FAFSA.gov and keep these tips in mind:
- You will use your 2015 tax info again for the 2017-2018 FAFSA. That means you can use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) right away!
- Additional documentation will be required of some students. These items will be listed under My Documents on WebAdvisor and are due 03/31/16.
If you miss these deadlines, you may not receive consideration for Federal Work-Study, Perkins Loan, and/or SEOG funding – so please complete your paperwork on time!
