Employee Benefits Open Enrollment runs Feb. 23 - Mar. 9

The annual Open Enrollment for Lewis & Clark employees to make changes to their benefits begins on Monday, February 23, and ends at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 9.

The annual Open Enrollment for Lewis & Clark employees to make changes to their benefits begins on Monday, February 23, and ends at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 9. 

All changes for Open Enrollment can be made on-line using Workday—Lewis & Clark’s self-service HR system.

Making changes?

All benefit-eligible employees must sign into Workday if they wish to make changes.

No paper forms are necessary—except for those employees wanting an Allegiance Flex Spending Debit Card and/or a Marriage/Domestic Partner Affidavit if adding a spouse or domestic partner for the first time to medical or dental coverage.

You’ve got mail!

Employees will receive an Open Enrollment informational packet, including Workday instructions, mailed to their home address. Additional information for Open Enrollment is on-line.

Need to attend a help session?

Do you need more information regarding making changes for Open Enrollment in Workday? There will be two sessions where you can drop in and complete your Open Enrollment:

Thursday, February 26, 3-4 p.m. – Mac Lab in Templeton

Thursday, March 5, Noon-1 p.m. - Mac Lab in Templeton

Want to meet your benefit providers?

The 2015 Benefits and Wellness Fair will held be on Wednesday, February 18, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Stamm (located in the Templeton Campus Center).

Meet benefit providers and local vendors promoting health and well-being, including alternative options such as massage therapy and chiropractic care.
