Dubchansky DubchanskyScott Dubchansky

Scott Dubchansky is a partner at Rimrock Capital Management, a California-based investment firm that manages assets on behalf of institutional clients and high-net-worth investors.

Previously, he was managing director and founding partner at Metropolitan West Asset Management (MetWest).

Prior to founding MetWest, he spent 12 years in institutional fixed-income sales with various Wall Street firms, including Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Dubchansky holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and serves on the Board of Visitors of UCLA’s Department of Economics and the Audit Committee of the UCLA Foundation.

Scott is the father of Alison Dubchansky BA ’12.

Both Scott and his wife, Laurie, are members of the Parents Council at Lewis & Clark.


Patrick Nielson Patrick Nielson

Patrick Nielson BA ’71

Patrick Nielson majored in political science at Lewis & Clark and went on to earn his JD in 1975 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

He also attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program from 2005 to 2006.

Nielson is principal of his private law practice, Patrick A. Nielson, P.C., which he established in 2009. He previously held leadership roles at Natura International, Nueva Holding, and Dole Food Company. Prior to joining Dole, Nielson was a partner with the San Francisco law firm of Lukens, St. Peter & Cooper. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, he has extensive international experience completing transactions and international business structures in Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

He and his wife, Dorris, reside in Calabasas, California.
