Professor Yin comments on occupation of Malheur National Wildlife Refuge

The media are turning to Professor Tung Yin for guidance on legal issues surrounding the militia takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge happening in Burns, Oregon.
Yin spoke with KOIN news about the protesters’ claim that the federal government violated the constitution by charging two people with arson on federal land.
The Bend Bulletin turned to Yin to discuss another legal issue - whether the re-sentencing of Dwight and Steven Hammond, convicted of arson on federal lands, is a case of double-jeopardy.
