What if there’s something wrong with my listing or I need to cancel an event?

If you are the person who posted the event online using LiveWhale Events, then you continue to control the listing. The information being displayed here on the central calendar is exactly what is in your LiveWhale Events. You can edit or delete the listing as necessary.
If you are canceling an event, you may however wish to update it with “CANCELED” in the title instead of deleting it. This alerts people who may have planned to attend the event that it is no longer taking place. Also, if you cancel an event or change its date or time, please follow up with Public Relations (firstname.lastname@example.org or x7960) to correct the event listing elsewhere.
If you notice an error in an event listing that did not come from your LiveWhale group, you may wish to bring it to the attention of the group sponsoring that event.
