Classes run from noon to 12:45p.m. Locations are set as noted in events listings, but signs will be put up in Pamplin if there is a change.

Class Schedule:

Monday

SpinCycle Class is taught by PE/A Instructor Suzanne Brauer in the Pamplin Gym Foyer.  Come ride and sweat together on an indoor stationary bike through a fitness journey of timed intervals and terrain simulations.

Tuesday

Friday

Core & Stretch: Spend some time on two of the most important things you can do for your body…abs, back, and center core strengthening, along with stretching for the flexibility of your connective tissue, joints, and muscles. Meet in the Pamplin Activity (Mat) Room 019.
