Travel Survey - Please respond by September 30

Dear Travelers and Admins,
Over the next several months the Business Office will be looking at LC travel policies. A survey has been created to get a picture of how travel is approved, booked and paid for across the institution. Please click here to take an institution-wide travel survey. The survey will be open until September 30th. When all the information is gathered, we will work with the community to see if we can find ways to streamline your travel planning as well as reduce costs.

Change in payment process with Travel Agencies:
Effective August 15, Nob Hill Travel and Prestige World Travel will require departmental purchasing cards instead of an institutional card. This will ensure departments are able to directly approve all travel expenses.
