May 13, 2016
Over 50 alumni from the Classes of 1953 through 1966 and their guests gathered at the Waverley Country Club for this year’s McCarty Society Luncheon.
Dean Jennifer Johnson addressed the assembly, sharing highlights of the law school’s centennial year and other updates.
The McCarty Society—named after Major General Chester E. McCarty ’29, a Lewis & Clark trustee who served as an Oregon senator and was a war hero—honors law school graduates who received their degrees 50 or more years ago.
