The purpose of our benefits at Lewis & Clark College is to provide you with resources and support to take care of yourself and your family emotionally, physically, and financially.
Here are three ways you can take advantage of our benefits in the next week -
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - presentation by our Employee Assistance Program on Wednesday November 16th in Council Chambers from 12pm - 1pm
Preventative Care - Connect with your care provider and make sure you are up to date on your preventative care, which is always free. The following member guides can help you make the most out of your medical enrollment and embrace a proactive attitude about your physical health.
