Tom Stephenson - Field Technician

Tom is one of two field technicians in the Network and Telecommunication Services department, responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing institutional computers and printers, as well as personal Apples and Dells under warranty.  He has worked with IT since 2006, working first as the Lab Manager/Field Technician for Client Services before moving to NATS.  He graduated from L&C with a degree in Biology. While he was a student he worked for the IT department in the CPP and the Resource Lab.  He is an AppleCare Certified Technician and a Dell Certified Technician.  He has a dog, Zuul.
