Hold Credit Balance Authorization

If there is a credit on your student account, after all necessary adjustments have been made, a refund will be processed. It is our policy to not create refund checks for a credit less than $100. Therefore, credit balances below $100 can be released in the form of cash at the Cashier and Credit Office. All other refunds will be issued in check form.

If you wish to retain a credit balance on your student account to help offset future semester costs, please submit a Hold Credit Balance Authorization.
