Weekly Wellness - Changing Your Benefits

Of course you know that you can change your benefit elections during open enrollment, but you can also change your benefits during the plan year if you experience a Qualifying Event. 

Changing your benefits due to a qualifying event is a quick three step process in Workday. Please visit our Qualifying Event webpage for detailed instructions. Below is a list of qualifying events and the corresponding submission deadlines and required documentation:

Within 30 days of court stamp on legal documentation

Divorce decree, or

Court ruling for annulment, or

Document from benefit vendor or employer that shows start date of new enrollment.
