Benefits Resources during the Winter Break

In response to an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility audit last year, the Human Resources office will be undergoing remodeling over winter break. Due to the extent of the remodel, the office will close at noon on December 18, 2009 and reopen on Monday, January 4, 2010.

If you are having a problem with your Medical, Dental or Vision Plan, or have a question about your plan benefits, contact the plan directly or visit the plan website.

New Employee Benefits Enrollment must be completed using a paper form. The LC application for new employee enrollment is closed until Monday, January 4, 2010. More information about New Employee Benefits can be found here.
