Closed December 22 - January 1 for Winter Break

Lewis & Clark will be observing Winter Break from Friday, December 22, 2017 through Monday, January 1, 2018. The college will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

The Business Office will process the final AP check run for December on December 20. Requests submitted to the Business Office by noon on Friday, December 15 will have checks released Thursday, December 21. Checks indicated for pick-up will be available at the Student Accounts Office until noon on that date. If you require a check before Winter Break, the check request must be submitted to Accounts Payable by noon on Friday, December 15.

Student and Departmental Account Services will process refunds for any existing fall credit balances the week of December 18 with a release date of December 26. Spring credit balances will not be released until the semester start date.

Online and phone payments will continue to be available through our partnership with TMS during our closure. Payment information and how to access your spring semester statement is available here.
