Minimum Wage Increases to $12.00/hr Effective 07/01/2018

Effective July 1, 2018 the Portland Metro Minimum Wage will increase to $12.00 per hour.  Any employees making below that amount will automatically have their pay adjusted.

Note: This increase is effective based on when hours are worked, not when they are paid. 
For those experiencing a rate change, all hours worked up to 12:00 midnight on June 30, 2018 will be paid at the previous applicable rate.   Hours worked on and after 12:01 a.m., July 1, 2018 will be paid at the new minimum wage rate.
