Using outdated Personnel Action Forms (PAFs)?

Do you currently have any Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) which are outdated (size is 8.5” by 13” and have two carbon copies)?

If so, please let us know and we will be glad to send you new forms to use. The new forms are 8.5” by 11” and only have a yellow carbon copy.
