Computer Purchase Program - End of Fiscal Year Dates

As the end of the fiscal year approaches, here are some dates that need to be kept in mind in ordering and purchasing from the Computer Purchase Program:

May 7

Items ordered by this date should be received and sold prior to the end of the fiscal year.

May 10-21

We cannot guarantee that items ordered during this time frame will be received prior to the end of the fiscal year.  We will need to determine availability on a case-by-case basis.

May 21

Last day for the Computer Purchase Program to make cash sales.

May 26

Last day for the Computer Purchase Program to make credit card and departmental sales.

May 27-28

Computer Purchase Program closed for end of year reconciliation.
