River View Cemetery bicycle fundraiser a success!

Due to the efforts of River View Cemetery, Lewis & Clark College, the City of Portland, and the Bicycle Transportation Alliance, the River View Cemetery Bicycle Route Fundraiser was a success!

In just under a month, more than $5000 was raised from our community with a generous contribution by the college. The signs and road decals that mark the new bike route through the cemetery will be installed in the early summer. Be on the look out for the path, as this may be different than your normal riding routine.

Many thanks to David Noble, Damian Miller, Gerik Kransky, Roger Gellar, Tom Krattenmaker, Carl Vance, and all those that contributed to this fund. Without your contributions, sustaining a bike route between the SW Hill and Sellwood would not be possible. Thank You.
