2010-2011 Holiday Schedule
Dear Members of the Lewis & Clark Community,
The holiday schedule, issued during this time each year, includes the week-long Winter Break, from Thursday, December 23, 2010 through Friday, December 31, 2010. These days off will allow the members of our community to have a break between semesters to enjoy the holidays in the company of family and friends.
Some departments will need to maintain essential services during this time. It is important for supervisors to plan and communicate this carefully to the staff members who will be required to work during this period.
You will receive a memo from Human Resources describing overtime implications in requiring employees to work during a holiday, and I encourage you to coordinate your staffing as appropriate.
All my best,
Jane Monnig Atkinson
Interim President
