Your Pay Advices Are Sporting a New Look!

You may have noticed that your Pay Advices are sporting a new look. Today we’re excited to be releasing a new and improved version that clearly lists how much the College is paying for your benefits on both a monthly and year to date basis.

Why have we made this upgrade?

Because we listened to you! It’s been almost a year since The Business Office announced the availability of the paperless pay advices and already hundreds of Lewis & Clark employees have made the green switch from a paper advice to the secure, convenient and accessible 24/7 paperless pay advice. Many of you have shared great feedback with us and we thank you for your praise, suggestions and support.

The majority of comments and questions have been around the lack of details regarding the employer share of your benefits package. You’ve raised some important issues and we’ve been listening. With this improvement, we hope to address your concerns and show you that we are dedicated to providing a great pay advice while saving the environment, money, and payroll time.

Why was there an issue?

Simply put, it was a technical problem. A formatting issue with the former version of Web Advisor was not allowing us to display all of the information that we wanted to provide. But due to the exceptional and much appreciated efforts of our IT and Payroll departments, we have been able to make some customized changes that will make it easier for folks to use and enhance understanding.

Great! How can I view the improvements?

The paperless pay advice can be found on Web Advisor under the Employees tab.  If you don’t have a paperless pay advice but would like to be able to access these features please complete a Paperless Pay Advice form available on the Human Resource web page. Just a friendly reminder that paperless pay advices are available only to those who use direct deposit so if you would like to also avoid the hassle of going to your bank on payday in order to deposit your check, please feel free to sign up for both by completing Direct Deposit Enrollment form.
