Lab Printing Update

  • News Image

In continuing to explore ways to improve the printing experience for students, Information Technology, implemented a few changes to the printing system over the summer.

Student printing page balances will reset to 500 sheets once per year for printing in the labs (double sided printing counts as one sheet).  By changing this from 250 sheets per semester to 500 sheets per year, each student may better control their own printing use during the year.  Enrolled summer students receive an additional 250 sheets at the start of the summer sessions.

This balance can be used in most computer labs across campus, including the Resource Lab.  When paying for specialized Resource Lab printing, an attendant will deduct the amount of printing from your print balance as you pick up your print job. All departmental printing charged to an account will continue to be processed via monthly chargebacks.

Due to the variety of printing locations where your print balance may be used, your remaining print balance will no longer carry forward to the following year.  Balances will be reset to 500 sheets a week after spring commencement.

Students may purchase pages on the Web using  a credit card at the secure site lclark.pcounterwebpay.com or from Student Account Services in Templeton using cash or check.
