• Any comments: The quintessential law school house (although we are certainly open to non-law students too). We’ve had Lewis & Clark Law students here for 3 years now, rotating in and out. Currently occupied by three guys, two 2Ls, 1 recent grad. Looking for male or female roommate. $350 /mo + utilities (usually $50-75 /mo). Located in Sellwood, less than a mile from the Sellwood bridge (biking distance to school). Lots of nice shops, restaurants, bars, and parks nearby. 1/2 mile from New Seasons market. 2 blocks from the Springwater bike trail that goes out east and downtown. We have an entirely fenced in backyard (dogs are welcome, we had issues with cats but we can talk about it). Big open kitchen.
