2011 Lewis & Clark Jessup Moot Court Team Announced

After a tough in-school competition in November, the new Jessup Moot Court team has been selected.  They will be representing Lewis & Clark in regional competition this Spring.

After a tough in-school competition in November, the new Jessup Moot Court team has been selected.  This year’s team has five members, including two returning members from last year’s team.  Our congratulations to:

Joe Terrenzio (3L and returning member)

Dan Rowan (3L and returning member)

David Susens (3L)

Rohit Kapuria (2L and President of ILS)

Emerson Lenon (2L)

The team, led by veteran coach Dagmar Butte, has a history of excelling at the regional, national, and international levels of the Jessup competition.  Jessup is the largest moot court competition in the world, drawing teams from over 500 schools and 80 countries.  This year’s problem addresses the legality of the use of unmanned drones and international anti-corruption law.  We will continue to update the team’s progress when they enter the first round of competition later this spring.  Make us proud, team!
