In this ever changing world, both at work and at home, are you thriving through change? Are you feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of change?  Together let’s explore the difference between change and transition, the stages of transitions and how to create a successful action plan.

Who Should Attend?

All support and administrative employees (this includes both union and non-union employees).  Even though the meetings are focused on support and administrative employees any LC employee can attend these sessions.  All are welcomed! 

Please note: These meetings are in addition to the Administrative Assembly meetings and not meant to take its place.
