A recent Inside EPA article focused on PEAC’s potential lawsuit on behalf of its client Northwest Environmental Advocates (NWEA). PEAC and NWEA cite violations of a number of federal statutes and could force the agency to speed up its reviews of state water quality criteria nationally.
