Rachel Wolf BA ’12 completed three years in the Peace Corps and is now in her second year of grad school studying international development at the Josef Korbel School for International Studies at the University of Denver. She was recently selected as a Barton Institute Social Enterprise Fellow and will spend the year with her cohort learning about social enterprises through mentorship, a pilot course, and an internship with a local organization. Wolf spent last summer in Rio de Janeiro on a research internship, which gave her plenty of free time to learn Portuguese, join a beach boxing group, and introduce her new friends to lots of homemade baked goods.
