Office Hours

The Payroll Department processes payroll for faculty and staff. The Payroll Department is open from: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For student payroll information, please refer to our Student Payroll web page.

Payroll Deadlines/Time sheets

Time sheets cover the period from the 16th of the month through the 15th of the following month. They are due in the Business Office on the 16th of the month. If the 16th falls on a weekend, they are due the following Monday.

Time Sheet Procedures

Non-Exempt employees are responsible for recording absences and vacation days on "Non-Exempt Employee Timesheets" they receive once a year by e-mail.

Exempt employees are responsible for recording absences and vacation days on an "Exempt Employee Absence Report".

Faculty & Staff Information

W-4 Forms and/or I-9 Forms, for adjustments or changes concerning deductions, may be downloaded off the Business Office Forms webpage, completed, signed and mailed to the Business Office.

The College offers regular staff the option to have paychecks directly deposited into their checking/savings account. Complete, sign and mail a Direct Deposit Form to the Business Office.
