The Conferences and Events office is a place where students interested in event planning can thrive. Every day presents new opportunities to collaborate with teammates and with the community we serve. If you’re like us, you’ll love every minute of it. We are always interested in meeting L&C students with a desire to learn about a career in conferences and events planning and the hospitality industry.
Each year we hire students to work in our office to help with event logistics, scheduling venues, making directional signage, and assisting with office operations. In addition we employ four to six students in the summer months to help with summer conferences and camps. We recruit people who are passionate about L&C, show initiative, possess excellent communication skills, have experience in customer service, and want to become a part of a tight-knit team.
