Rental Fee Information

1. For users in all categories, the rental fee established for use of Lewis & Clark facilities and/or grounds will reflect necessary charges for custodial care, set-up, take down, and other accommodations. The current fees are enumerated in this document.

2. Rental fee schedules are recommended by the Conferences and Events Office and set by the Office of the Provost. Rents are negotiated based upon Lewis & Clark affiliation of the group/individual (see Category B).

3. All rentals require full payment in advance. In the event of cancellation two weeks (10 working days) or more before the event, a full refund is made.

4. All net rental income generated from use of College-owned facilities and grounds is designated for general fund use.

5. Individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses renting facilities must provide a certificate of liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million prior to renting facilities, or purchase liability coverage through the Office of Campus Events.
