Break away from the usual and have your party, reunion, or reception at Lewis & Clark. Located on a historic estate, we offer a unique setting for social gatherings. Plus, with easy access from I-5 and bus lines, our campus is conveniently located for attendees coming from all areas of Oregon. 

Special Event Package and Event Support

Are you planning a fundraiser, anniversary party, baby shower, birthday bash, cocktail party, holiday party, intimate dinner, or reunion? Contact the Conferences and Events office today! We are currently booking 2013 and 2014 events.

Our dedicated and professional staff will help to create a memorable event you and your guests will enjoy. Our special event package includes the venue, catering package options, complimentary parking, basic audio-visual equipment, and in-stock tables and chairs.

Lewis & Clark on-campus food service provider, Bon Appétit, is available to provide on-site catering to meet your event’s and guests’ needs.

Featured Venues

Diane Gregg Pavilion

Completed in 2011 and attached to the Agnes Flanagan Chapel, the Diane Gregg Pavilion’s open design and potential for seating nearly 140 provides a flexible venue and a lovely setting for parties, receptions, and sit-down dinners. The maple sprung floor is ideal for dancing.

Smith Hall

Part of the historic estate and renovated in 2003, Smith Hall is located in Albany Quadrangle. With a cobblestone walkway leading up to the entrance french doors, windows looking out towards the original estate orchard trees, hardwood flooring, chandelier lighting, support for audiovisual technology, and ADA accessible restrooms, this special venue provides a lovely setting for receptions and sit-down meals for up to 100 guests.

Stamm

Located in Templeton Campus Center, Stamm banquet room offers plenty of room for a reception, sit-down meal, party, or other special event. The rectangular room features windows looking out towards the trees, carpeted flooring, support for audiovisual technology, and restrooms located nearby.
