Resident Hall Planning - Phase 2 Feasibility Study
This project would expand undergraduate student housing by as much as 200 beds. Summer 2005 planning activities include focus groups and student interest questionnaires, preliminary site development studies, development of prototype housing models, cost estimates, and pro-forma financial analysis. Decisions about construction schedules, final building configurations, project budget, and detailed design will be based on the outcome of the Summer 2005 due diligence effort.
The Portland-based firm, ZGF, has been selected to work with the college to develop prototypes for housing models. ZGF has worked with many other colleges and universities, such as Reed, Western Washington, Occidental, and Cornell.
