McAfee Deconstruction

McAfee (pronounced by some as MaCafee and by others as MacAfee) has now been through the process of deconstruction and demolition. The building went through a soft deconstruction, in which the contractors were able to salvage the doors, bars off the windows, telephone equipment and lines, electrical panel, furnace, the oak flooring, the interior cedar panels and the large storage canopy. After the soft deconstruction took place, McAfee was completely taken down and the grounds where it stood are being prepared for new office space for College Relations and Publications.
