We are entering a very busy time of year when we process next year’s financial aid awards for prospective and continuing students in all three schools. In order to deal with the large volume of applications, we will be closing the office each Wednesday from January 25 through May 30, 2012 to devote all of our staff time to producing these awards.

New Caseload

President Glassner has announced a one-time President’s Scholarship for Student Engagement. Two $10,000 scholarships are to be awarded to students with sophomore standing in 2011-12 for use in their junior year.

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the disclosure of personally identifiable information from a student’s education records to anyone other than the student is prohibited unless written consent is given by the student.

If you have an award notification from our office, it’s very likely that there is some federal student loan eligibility included in your financial aid package.  If you need to borrow the loan(s), or any portion of your eligibility, there are some processing steps you’ll need to complete.

Student Employment is now housed in the Office of Human Resources.  HR is located on South Campus, in the South Chapel Annex.
