In May of 2008, Congress passed the Ensuring Continued Access to Student Loans Act (ECASLA) in response to many concerns that credit market conditions could disrupt federal student loan availability. In order to reapply for financial aid, any undergraduate student that entered LC in the fall 2008 or later must complete a CSS Profile every year. Unlike the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), the 2010-2011 Profile was made available in October!
