FAQ - Having a baby

If you are experiencing a life event such as the birth of a child, we would like to make this change a positive experience for you.

Your life event will give you the opportunity to make a change(s) to your benefit plan without having to wait until the annual open enrollment period.

Please be sure to make your changes in Workday within 31 days of your event. You may need to present documentation, such as a copy of a birth certificate or divorce decree. 

If you miss this 31 day deadline, then you will need to wait until the next Open Enrollment period in the Spring to make changes to your health, dental, vision, and reimbursement accounts.
