Student Employment Forms
Student Hiring and Payment Forms should be submitted for processing at least 3 business days prior to the Student Employee’s actual start date, and never less than 1 business day prior to the Student Employee’s actual start date.
In order to comply with US Homeland Security Department regulations, all Student Employees must complete an I-9 form prior to or no later than the first day of work in Workday and bring their supporting documentation to the Human Resources office. Failure to have a completed I-9 form on file with the College may result in immediate termination of employment.
