International Students and Scholars
Ramy Srour, Class of 2011
Davis United World College Scholar
Red Cross Nordic UWC
Born: Rome, Italy
Lived in: Italy, Norway, and USA
Major: International Affairs
Ramy was born and raised in Rome, Italy. He is of Egyptian background and speaks, besides Italian, also Arabic and some Danish.
At Lewis & Clark he studies international affairs, and is a political science minor.
In his free time he likes to play soccer, read good books, and go for bike rides on his GMC Denali.
He is grateful to Lewis & Clark and its community for having given him wonderful friends, great and enduring knowledge, and for having widened his horizons.
Also, he thinks that the International Students and Scholars (ISS) staff should know that he deeply admires them for what they do, and for all the valuable effort they put in their work; such work makes the lives of the students much easier and more pleasant than they would otherwise be.
