Note: The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will not accept fingerprints from "commercial" agencies such as those listed below. For DHS documents that require fingerprints, you should visit the Portland, Oregon ASC (Application Support Center) located on 721 SW 14th Avenue, Portland, OR 97205. Before going to an Application Support Center (ASCs), please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283/TDD or 1-800-767-1833.
