Stationery Ordering System

Welcome to Lewis & Clark's online stationery ordering system for faculty and staff. Users may select from a suite of personalized and generic stationery products.

Have You Registered?

Before you place your first order within this system, you must register as a user. The process is easy, but it does require you to use a PC running Internet Explorer 6 or above. If you don't have access to a computer with that configuration, PubCom can register your account for you.

Placing an Order

The ordering process is simple:

  1. Log in to the ordering system.
  2. Select your school's folder and, if necessary, specify the subfolder that meets your needs.
  3. Select your product.
  4. Enter your order information.
  5. View the PDF proof and approve your data. (See below for details.)
  6. Choose your quantity and see a price quote.
  7. If you wish to order more products, repeat steps 3 through 6. When you are satisfied with your order, enter your billing and shipping information.
  8. Submit the order.

See What Your Product Will Look Like

Our stationery ordering system provides you with a PDF proof to review for each product you order. The PDF shows exactly what will be printed.

Important: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the data you submit with your order. Review your proof carefully.

If you find a mistake or other problem in the PDF, click on "Go Back" to edit your information and view a revised proof. If you aren't able to edit the order to your satisfaction, contact PubCom at stny@lclark.edu or extension 7970 for help.

If you discover an error after you finalize your order, contact PubCom immediately. Provided your product has not yet been printed, we may be able to correct the mistake. Please understand that delivery of your order may be delayed.

Fulfillment

You may place an order at any time. Shortly after you finalize your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders are printed on the first and third Wednesdays of the month and will deliver to campus within 7 business days of printing.

Some generic stationery products are stocked on campus and available through your school's fulfillment site leader. You may also order generic items yourself.

Mailing labels are not available through our stationery ordering system. If you wish to order mailing labels, please use the mailing label request form.
